PCA Cyber Security is pleased to announce that William Bartram will join the company as General Manager of PCA Cyber Security Germany, effective 1 September 2025, with responsibility for expanding the existing operation towards global presence and supporting strategic growth. William brings a wealth of international expertise in cybersecurity and executive management, positioning PCA to further expand its reach and impact across markets worldwide.

With over 20 years’ leadership experience in information technology and cybersecurity, William has held senior positions at Cisco, IBM, HP, and most recently served as General Manager of the SANS Institute. His career has spanned strategic growth initiatives and high-level security operations for government, military and commercial organisations worldwide, mentoring and developing high-performing teams throughout.
William’s talents include building go-to-market strategies for global cybersecurity ventures, enabling cross-sector collaboration, and tackling the international cybersecurity skills gap. He will be based at PCA’s Munich office, a central hub for its European and global activities.
