West Palm Beach, Florida, October 2, 2026 – While Artificial Intelligence is grabbing all the headlines, there is still a very serious problem behind the firewalls of many organizations, that some organizations don’t have a firm handle on as these monthly Insider Threat Incidents Reports reveal.
These eye opening reports provide a comprehensive view of how organizations and companies are losing MILLIONS, sometimes BILLIONS because of the malicious actions of JUST 1 EMPLOYEE. This months report reveals that a Bank CEO was sentenced to prison for his role in a $24 Million+ wire fraud conspiracy that caused the bank to collapse.
Some organizations spend hundreds of thousands of dollars, into the millions, to secure their data, computers and networks against Insider Threats. But the Insider Threat problem is not just a technical problem as this report will show. Many organizations put more effort into stopping external network intrusions, but these internal attacks by employees are in most cases far more damaging.
The benefits and Return On Investment for implementing an Insider Risk Management Program far outweigh the small costs to implement a program, compared to the severe financial damages.
